This would not be that structure. This came down around the turn of the century, 50 years earlier.

I recall visiting a wooden castle built to look like stone -- back sometime in the mid-to-late 1950s. My Grandfather (who lived in nearby Reading, MA) took me there. I've always wanted to return, but never knew where to look. Was this castle still standing at that time? If not, do any of you know of another such castle within driving distance from Reading?

Hey, Pete!
Google "The Moulton Annals", edited by Clarabel Moulton and written by her father Henry Moulton. All the castle information is in the book!

Beautiful photos! I'm always pleased to hear of someone that is as intrigued with the place as I am. Back in the early 70's iI took a photo of a gravestone with the inscription Araby. I believe it was one of their horses rather than one of the dogs. We have found the dogs graves, but have been unable to find Araby's. It, too, was in the giant rhododendron area. I'd be interested to know if you have seen it recently.

Hi... I have one of these prints. Yours looks like it is in fantastic condition; ours has a puncture that goes right through from the backing, and some water staining. Ours seems a lot more faded compared to yours. You have probably found this link to one for sale for £650:

http://www.grosvenorprints.com/stock.php?WADbSearch1=go&keyword=gambart

We had ours re-framed as the glass was broken, and the matte was dirty. We believe ours is in a 100+ year old frame, so we re-used it and simply put had a new matte and glass installed.

If you haven't seen it, go out and rent "National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets" - it will give you some Hollywood-style historical significance.

We really enjoy ours - great find for you!

That looks an awful lot like Joseph Smith, king of the Mormons, speaking with Martin Harris and his wife. I might be wrong, but yeah - that's my $.02.

Ok, a few things:

1: Do you even know what "hypocritical" means? I'm guessing no. Don't attack me using terms you don't understand.

2: "is a deep song for those intellectually-strong enough to actually mind poetry" - ok, that's deep man, take another hit.

3: Comparing my comments regarding this song to "culture" is just plain funny. We're not talking about Gone With The Wind here... settle down

Despite the fact you literally made me chuckle, I appreciate your comments. Good stuff. I feel better about myself, and my original opinion.

Cheers
